oh em gee this week i’ve been trying to send my laptop bak to dell so they can fix it. everytime i get on the fone wit them i end up wasting an hour or so because they dont wanna do the things that i ALRDY knew they’d hav to do. i was on the fone wit them for and hour and a half yesterday because the guy wanted me to trouble shoot my computer….this wud b fine IF I WASNT ON THE FONE BCAUSE MY COMPUTER WUDNT TURN ON but this dude wud not get the point. my computer shut off like 5million times and he wanted me to keep turning it on like WTF DUDE RLY? sigh i just wanted to rant for a minute but rly dell plz just listen to ur callers some times =.=
